CELEBRATE TODAY’S WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY WITH GREEN ACTIONS

Today is World Environment Day.
At Foxconn Slovakia, we are doing everything we can to ensure that our future continues to be green.
So far this year we are:

📚 In March, we established the Foxconn Library to save not only trees but also our colleagues’ trips to the bookstore. We motivate our colleagues not to buy new books, but to exchange them after reading them.
💡 On 25 March, for Earth Hour, we symbolically turned off our exterior lights for one hour and encouraged the public to do the same.
On 13 April, our Foxconn volunteers cleaned up the forest in Zobori.
♻️ On 22 April, Earth Day, we launched an internal awareness campaign on how to live a zero-waste lifestyle and recycle waste properly.

🚴 On 1 June, we at Foxconn launched a June Bike Challenge to motivate our colleagues to commute to work by bike.
