Daffodil Day in Foxconn

Our company also doubly joined the change from Friday 13th on Daffodil Day: Foxconn Slovakia doubled the amount collected by colleagues.

Their interest in contributing the League Against Cancer to fight against this insidious disease has also been a great pleasure this year. The money box was placed on the premises of the company’s cafeteria, but the employees had the opportunity to contribute at the entrance to the company as well. It was a pleasure to see how positive the atmosphere in the company changed.

Some of the colleagues came to support and to help a good cause even after the deadline.

And although the time for donation was set even with respect to production patterns, some of our colleagues came to support and help a good cause even after the deadline and contributed coins or paper money to treat cancer.

Nobody was deterred by the uncommon term, on the contrary, we felt that Friday, the thirteenth, encouraged colleagues to overcome the superstition and to participate in this worthwhile project.
