Industry Revue: Use of electric cars in companies

Industry Revue magazine asked leaders of major Slovak companies how they see the use of electric vehicles in their mobility.

Ľubomír Sommer, CFO of Foxconn Slovakia, stated that the company is interested in using electric cars, but for practical reasons it does not have them in the fleet yet.
On the contrary, Foxconn Slovakia massively uses electric drive for internal transport and material handling. “This is where we can ensure battery management exactly according to our needs,” he said.
Other respondents are also pragmatic about electric mobility and agreed that electric vehicles in the current constellation do not meet the transport needs of their companies.
