Temporary shutdown at Foxconn Slovakia

Due to current situation regarding the worldwide Covid-19 pandemic and its spread in Slovakia, Foxconn Slovakia, in order to protect the health of employees and their families, contribute to slowing the spread of coronavirus and ensure the smooth running of the company in the future, decided for temporary shutdown of production from March 23, 2020 to April 9, 2020.

Production shutdown from this date applies to most of the company’s employees, with the exception of departments that require continuation of work for technological or logistical reasons.

Foxconn Slovakia has implemented a wide range of preventive measures to protect employees’ health, thanks to which there has not been confirmed case of Covid-19 in the company.

All of these precautions remain in place during the temporary shutdown.
